Goatmeal Mugcake

"Mooin! Recently experimented again with the goatmeal from @lykaiaforest 🤓. After a number of failed attempts, it finally worked out 🥳. A super protein-rich mug cake, made super quickly and with the goatmeal with the extra portion 𝗘𝗶𝘄𝗲𝗶𝘀𝘀."
For those unfamiliar with goatmeal:
The name already says that it is 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝘂𝘀 𝗭𝗶𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗰𝗵, which is easier for the body to utilize and more digestible than casein from cow's milk.
The combination of 𝗛𝗮𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 and 𝗭𝗶𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗶𝗻 also keeps you full longer because digestion takes longer than whey.
Ingredients
- 50 g goatmeal cinnamon rolls
- 50 g egg white
- 1 egg
- 40 ml sparkling water
- 10 g protein powder
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp erythritol
Preparation
Process all the ingredients into a homogeneous mass and bake in the oven at 180°C top and bottom heat.
