Chocolate protein goatmeal

Healthy, filling and beautifully chocolatey - The Lykaia Goatmeal is the first protein oatmeal with real A2 goat casein, a high-quality protein that keeps you full for a long time and is easier on the intestines than most cow's milk proteins.

One serving contains at least 27g of protein from pure natural ingredients, is quickly prepared and tested for competition diets!

Due to the natural sweetness of coconut blossom sugar and stevia extract, the goatmeal comes without 
industrial sugars and sweeteners. It can therefore be heated without hesitation because no potentially toxic compounds are formed, such as when heating the sweetener sucralose, which unfortunately is still contained in many other fitness products.


Preparation time: 4 minutes for 1 goatmeal

Here comes that Recipe:


  • 80 g Lykaia Protein Goatmeal "nice chocolaty"
  • 120 ml of cold water 
  • 10 g cocoa nibs
  • 10 g dark chocolate (at least 90% cocoa content)
  • 40 g berries
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon


Using a fork, mix 80 g of the Protein Goatmeal Instantmix with 120 ml of water in a shallow bowl. You should get a thick, cookie-dough-like paste.

Bake the whole thing in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes (depending on how firm you want it) at 700 watts. (If you don't have a microwave handy, you can also bake your goatmeal in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius).

We like our goatmeal best when it's about to crack open and develop a brownie-like consistency.

Then top your breakfast with a few berries for a fresh dose of antioxidants and vitamin C.

For the extra portion of magnesium we sprinkle on a few cacao nibs and grated or chopped pieces of dark chocolate, which melts into a chocolate sauce due to the heat of the baked Gotameal.

A pinch of cinnamon on top can help stabilize your blood sugar levels and avoid cravings.

The chocolate dream is ready. 


Information for the calorie optimizers among you:

A base serving of 80g protein goatmeal has 27 g protein with only 270 calories - including the calories from the toppings, one serving comes to almost 400 kcal. So not much for a long, filling breakfast.
