Black Forest Cherry Protein Goatmeal

Turn your protein goatmeal into a healthy Black Forest cake. All you need is: 

Ingredients

  • 1 serving of protein goatmeal ("nicely chocolaty")
  • 50 g sour cherries from the jar
  • 10 g cocoa nibs
  • 1 TL Chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp yoghurt (A2 milk, mutton, oats)

Preparation

Mix 80 g of the Protein Goatmeal Instantmix with about 120 ml of water in a shallow bowl. You should get a thick, cookie-dough-like paste.

Bake the whole thing in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes (depending on how firm you want it) at 700 watts. If you don't have a microwave handy, you can also bake your goatmeal in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

If necessary, you can also briefly heat the cherries. Then spread on the finished baked goatmeal. Finally, add the yoghurt, cacao nibs and chia seeds.
