Sweet Potatoes - a super easy, high-protein, spoon-out snack. It tastes particularly good in combination with banana, berries and almond cream. The almond cream gives us an extra portion of high-quality A2 protein in the recipe, which keeps us full for a long time.
⏱ 10 mins
- 1 sweet potato
- 1 / 2 banana
- 25 g almond butter
- 10g @lykaiaforest Pasture Whey
- 10g @lykaiaforest A2 casein ⠀
- 50ml water ⠀
- 1 knife tip cinnamon
- Berries (here blueberries and mulberries)
- 10 cacao nibs or other toppings
Cut the sweet potato in half and place the cut side on a plate, microwave for about 5 minutes until tender. Of course, this can also be done in the oven, but the potatoes need at least 20 minutes there.
You can quickly make the almond protein cream while the potatoes are turning. Beat the following ingredients in a mixer until creamy:
25 g almond butter⠀
10 g @lykaiaforest Weide Whey⠀
10 g @lykaiaforest goat casein ⠀
50ml water ⠀
1 pinch of cinnamon ⠀
The cream only works with the A2 casein, but then it needs a little more water to get the right consistency.
Squeeze the baked sweet potato apart with a spoon and lightly salt it. Spread some of the protein cream on top and then fill with half a banana. Top with berries and cacao nibs if you like.
We then spread the rest of the cream on top. Usually the cream is enough for 2 potatoes. Bon Appetit!
