The combination of 𝗛𝗮𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 and 𝗭𝗶𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗶𝗻 also keeps you full longer because digestion takes longer than whey.

- 40g Goatmeal Maca Cinnamon Roll
- １tbsp baking powder
- 25 g erythritol
- 1/2-1 tsp cinnamon
- Vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 50g natural skyr
- 20g buckwheat flour
Finely grind the goatmeal in a high-performance blender. Process all the ingredients into a homogeneous mass and bake in a waffle iron with a little coconut oil.
