What's better about A2 milk?
The so-called A2 milk is a more natural milk that is healthier for everyone and is better tolerated by allergy sufferers, people with lactose intolerance or a sensitive intestine. Farm animals used to only give A2 milk. It was only with our modern high breeding that a random mutation occurred that led to a difference between A1 and A2 milk. The protein is certainly quite good, but it's not tasteless! I trusted the description and reviews that it was meant to be tasteless. But it definitely tastes like goat! Unfortunately, the taste comes through again and again in different preparation methods. Very annoying!
