Your warm, high-protein oatmeal! And by high protein, we really mean protein, 28g per serving. For this we use a casein from A2 goat milk in combination with an organic whey. But don't worry, it's guaranteed not to taste like goat, but nice and chocolatey or like a freshly baked Nordic cinnamon roll.

Why do we use goat milk protein? Goats are far less industrialized than cattle and still produce A2 milk. This is a more natural milk that is healthier for most people. It is also well tolerated by allergy sufferers and people with a sensitive intestine or an unstable metabolism.

The story of our goatmeal - The goatmeal was specially developed by Jana for weight loss during her competition diets because it keeps you full for a long time thanks to the high proportion of goat casein protein. But then it quickly turned out that goatmeal is generally a healthy and quick breakfast for many people. In addition, there are probably only a few people today who have not tried to save calories at some point in their lives. 

Back to the healthy morning routine - 
By using natural, protein-rich and unprocessed ingredients, our goatmeal makes it easier for you to start a healthy diet. Ideal for getting back to a time-saving but beneficial morning routine.

Long-lasting satiety - DThe A2 casein protein used keeps you full for an extremely long time, as it is broken down by the body over a longer period of time than a classic whey protein. A small amount of Bio Whey is still included, as it contains immunoglobulin and provides your body with protein quickly. The casein is then there for the long-lasting supply of protein.

Gluten-free and without sweeteners - By the way, the oat flakes are gluten-free and grown according to Demeter guidelines. For a slight sweetness, we use natural sugar substitutes such as Finnish birch sugar (xylitol) and coconut blossom sugar.

Can I also bake the goatmeal in the oven?

Yes sure, that works too. Bake in an ovenproof dish at 10°C for 15 to 180 minutes.

 

Isn't protein just for athletes?

No! Protein not only ensures the strength of our muscles, but is also important for endurance, for a balanced blood sugar level and brain metabolism, for the health of the nervous system, for rapid healing and detoxification and many other things that make up a healthy life.
Everything that happens at the microscopic cellular level in our body requires protein, and proteins are even of great importance for bone growth.
Proteins can also be neurotransmitters or their precursors, and in this form they enable the complex communication processes in our body.
So, as you can see, protein should each be made the cornerstone of daily nutrition. A protein-rich diet protects against diseases and ensures that the processes in the body run smoothly. This is not a new hype diet or any marketing trend, this is science!  

Will I gain weight if I don't exercise?

Okay, first the lecture: GO AND EXERCISE!!111 This is part of a healthy lifestyle and ensures that your body is functioning as evolution intended. 
....But if you're injured or just don't feel like it, don't worry, you won't gain weight from our goatmeal, you'll lose weight. The reason is simple: the casein keeps you full for an extremely long time (also a property of protein, but which is more important in casein due to its structure). As a result, you do not reach for snacks or other calorie-dense foods. You simply take in fewer calories than you burn, leading to healthy weight regulation.

Can I lose weight with goatmeal?

That's what it's designed for! This product was born in a bodybuilding competition diet, simply because Jana was fed up with giving up pleasure. As a result, the goatmeal is not only optimized down to the last calorie, but also really chocolaty and delicious. We're not talking about "pseudo-chocolate diet" here, no, the full program. Full-bodied, horny, chocolaty chocolate. Convince yourself!

 

Does goatmeal contain lactose?

Yes. Because we use a casein, i.e. a goat's MILK protein, it contains residual lactose. If you suffer from lactose intolerance, you should rather not eat our product. 

 

Why is coconut blossom sugar better than regular sugar?

It is known that regular table sugar consumed in large amounts is unhealthy and a vitamin robber, causing tooth decay and consumed in large quantities over a long period of time can also make you ill. It feeds the bad gut bacteria and depletes the good ones.
That's why we rely on unrefined, naturally kept coconut blossom sugar. This is obtained from the juice of the inflorescence of coconut palms and contains many vitamins from the B group, plenty of vitamin C and minerals such as zinc, magnesium and iron, lots of potassium, manganese, boron, copper and phosphorus, natural antioxidants and important amino acids (especially glutamine). It is ideal for fructose intolerance because its type of sugar is sucrose. Coconut blossom sugar has a moderate insulin effect (glycemic index of 35). Nevertheless, the same applies here: always enjoy in moderation, which is why we only have 7g per pack. 

Does that taste like goat?

No, if you prepare it according to our recommendation (with 120-150ml water) you won't taste the goat protein. However, if you use cow's milk or plant-based milk, the goat may come through a bit, similar to a mild goat's cheese. If goats aren't your thing then stick with water because that's what the product is made for, has the fewest calories and reaches the perfect consistency when baked.

 

Can I also mix the goatmeal with boiling or hot water?

Yes of course! Hot water causes the oatmeal to swell faster. You will then get a porridge-like chocolate or maca-cinnamon porridge relatively quickly.
